DMC Solutions was founded by two service disabled veterans, whose combined careers span more than three decades of leadership, contracting, workforce development, and mission support across the Department of Defense, federal, and state governments. Built on a foundation of integrity, service, and acquisition excellence, DMC Solutions was created to help government agencies and industry partners navigate complex procurement challenges with confidence and precision.
Throughout their distinguished careers as Air Force Contracting Officers and senior acquisition leaders, the founders have awarded, negotiated, and administered contracts valued at more than $15 billion while supporting mission-critical programs across the United States and around the world. Their experience spans acquisition strategy and planning, source selection, contract administration, policy development, workforce training to include multiple federal agencies, construction contracting, information technology acquisitions, contingency contracting, organizational leadership, and proposal and capture development. they have led and mentored thousands of acquisition professionals, developed enterprise-wide training programs, and implemented innovative acquisition strategies that improved procurement efficiency, strengthened compliance, and generated significant cost savings for government organizations.
